Vendor Information
We would like to invite you to be a part of the Lynchburg Bridal Expo that will put you face to face with area brides and guests. The next show will be held on Sunday, February 12, 2012 at the Holiday Inn, Downtown from 12pm – 4pm.
Each vendor will receive a 10′ area with pipe and drape, one 6’ table, table cloth and two chairs. This space is yours and can be utilized as you see fit. As a vendor, you will also receive a listing of all brides in attendance, including their wedding date and contact information. Advertising for this event will consist of local medias including television, print and web.
The vendor spaces will all be located in the Main Entrance and Ballroom. There are eight (8) VIP spaces which are available on a first come, first serve basis. Vendors will be allowed to choose their space in the order they register. The deadline for space reservation is August 30, 2011. All payments must be received by September 15, 2011 in order to confirm your location. We have some exciting things planned for this show so don’t wait, reserve your space today!
Admission to the event will be $5 per person. Brides are admitted FREE!
