Sponsorship Opportunities
SPONSORSHIPS:
Platinum Level: 1 Sponsor
The Platinum sponsor’s name will be featured in the Lynchburg Beer & Wine Festival title.
Example: The Lynchburg Beer & Wine Festival is brought to you by ___________________.
The Platinum sponsor’s business will be on all promotional materials to include: newspaper, television, radio, web, magazine and any other advertising mediums Capture It Events chooses.
Only the Platinum sponsor will be mentioned on radio and television commercials.
The sponsors logo will also be on the festival wine glasses.
The sponsors banners will also be hung in several areas around the festival park and the sponsors name will be mentioned on stage during announcements.
The platinum level sponsor will receive a Premier vendor space to include the dimensions of 5 vendor spaces, approximately 50’x10’ or the equivalent.
The platinum level sponsor will receive a table under the VIP tent as well as an additional 10 sampling admission tickets for guests of their choice

Gold Level: 2 Sponsors
The gold level sponsors will receive their logo on promotional materials to include: newspaper, web, magazine and any other print mediums Capture It Events chooses.
The Gold sponsor’s logos will be featured on television commercials.
The sponsors banner can be hung in a designated location within the festival park.
The Gold level sponsors will receive a vendor space to include the dimensions of 3 vendor spaces as well as 10 sampling admission tickets for guests of their choice..

Stage Sponsor:
The Stage Sponsor will be the entertainment sponsor of the bands.
The Stage Sponsor will have their banner displayed on the back of the stage, behind the bands as well as on the front of the stage.
The Stage Sponsor will be mentioned on stage during every break throughout the day.
This sponsor will also receive a premier vendor space near the stage as well as a table under the VIP tent with seating for 8 and 10 additional sampling admission tickets for guests of their choice.
The Stage Sponsor will have their logo underneath the band information on printed materials, to include: newspaper, web and magazine.

VIP Tent Sponsorship: SOLD TO JOHN STEWART WALKER
The VIP Tent Sponsor will be the exclusive sponsor for the tent and will receive 2 tables under the VIP tent.
The sponsors logo will also be featured as the tent sponsor on all printed materials to include: newspaper, web and magazine and any other printed items Capture It Events deems appropriate.
A banner will also be made with the sponsors logo on it to be hung at the entrance of the tent.
