Behind the scenes of Lynchburg Shows is the Capture It Events team.

Kim Jennings, Owner

Kim was sitting around one day in her “spare time” and said, “Hey, wouldn’t he be FUN to plan a big event?” Well, that one little comment ended up turning in to one show, then another then another. It came to a point that when someone suggested a show idea, she ran with it. Kim is the founder of Lynchburg Shows and is the owner of Capture It Events, LLC. Kim has an extensive advertising and marketing background and produces high energy, well executed and attended events in the Lynchburg area. In addition, Kim also owns Capture It Photography and specializes in weddings, family, senior and newborn photography. www.captureitphotoevents.com She lives in Forest, VA with her husband and three children.

Chris Jennings, Co-Owner

You might as well say that Chris is the “do it all” person with Capture It Events. With a background in production, Chris handles all of the technical end of the show productions. Just in case you are wondering, he is the husband of the above mentioned.

Caitlin Smith, Event Planner

Caitlin is a fierce and fiery 20-something with a zest for life! Sassy and Southern, she isn’t afraid to tell it like it is – all while using perfect manners, of course. She’s a Virginia girl born and bred, and she loves being on the lookout for all the goodness that life has to offer. Caitlin is typically busy working on numerous projects at the same time, but she is immensely grateful to have the opportunity to capture precious memories and plan events that bring people happiness! She hopes to help as many people as she possibly can in her lifetime, all while wearing ridiculously cute shoes…because really, isn’t that what life is all about?

Laurie Terry, Event Planner

Laurie has her hand in just about everything! Teaching, instructing a fitness class, managing a pool, and her BEST love, PLANNING! She adores living in the heart of Virginia and loves what life here has to offer. Laurie’s passion is “attention to detail”. She won’t stop until it’s perfect! In addition to all of her other daily endeavors, she raises two children and her husband. REALLY? Is there anything she can’t do?
